Downloadable Products
Downloadable products are licensed to the individual making the purchase, and only that individual. The purchasing individual may use that downloadable product for any ensemble they are currently affiliated with as a performer or staff member. If the purchasing individual leaves that ensemble, the downloadable product must leave with them.

Downloadable products should be distributed to performers in hard copies or via email.
The purchasing individual may upload the product to an online service such as Google Drive, Dropbox or Charms for distribution if and only if there is a password given exclusively to members.

Using a downloadable product in any other means is a copyright violation and is unlawful.
Electronic Parts
For the ease of the instructors we provide all of our individual parts in electronic PDF format. This allows you to distribute parts to performers without any potential for losing originals or having to erase markings after the performance. Electronic parts are licensed only to the owner of the hard copy of the score and may only be used by that individual and the ensembles that they are currently using the score with.
