Privacy & Safety
We know you care about your privacy, and so do we. We only collect the information that you enter during the creation of your account and the checkout process. We only use your information for tracking and completion of orders.

We utilize PayPal for the processing of all of our orders. PayPal is an industry standard and has their own privacy practices and standards that we deem acceptable. Information you enter into PayPal, such as your payment information, is not seen by us.

We do not share your personal information with anyone unless ordered to by law.

Our website and all of it's data is hosted by Wix, another industry standard with their own privacy protection. We take reasonable precautions to keep your information safe.
Shipping Policies
We ship our products directly from home in McKinney, TX. We will ship out your physical product typically within 48 hours from the time of your order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We utilize the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping needs.
Our shipping options are as follows:

USPS Media Mail (2-8 business days) - cost effective but slower

​We can fit up to 6 scores in Media Mail envelopes, 7 or more scores will be upgraded to a Flat Rate Box.

USPS Priority Flat Rate Mail (2 business days) - quicker but more expensive

We can fit up to 3 scores in Flat Rate envelopes, 4 or more scores will be upgraded to a Flat Rate box.​

We reserve the right to utilize other shipping means at any point.

If your shipment is returned to us as "undeliverable" we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If the shipment is returned due to an error in the address provided by the customer than the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

Any shipment error that is the fault of Gladney Music will be handled by us as quickly as possible at no additional charge to the customer.
Payment Methods
All of our electronic methods of payment are routed through PayPal. You may utilize your PayPal account if you have one. If you don't have an account you can use any credit or debit card to complete your purchase.

We do accept checks or purchase orders from schools. Please contact us prior to utilizing an offline payment method.
Returns & Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately by email. If your order has not shipped yet we will be happy to cancel your order and refund you. If your order has already shipped then it is considered the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping of the undamaged and unopened item(s), in their original sealed shipping container, back to Gladney Music before a refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns under normal circumstances. Our product pages include MP3 files and perusal scores for your careful investigation prior to purchase.
If your product arrives damaged please contact us with pictures and we will send you a new product at no charge to you.
